Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paraplanning Team Leader based in the City. You will be responsible for Managing and developing a team of Paraplanners. You will be a highly regarded and well-established Wealth Management Practice that provides financial solutions to HNW clients. Working closely with the Director, you will develop and help to lead a client focused team of support staff and implement and manage service standards within the team. As a Paraplanning Manager, you will assist in conducting research and producing client facing reports to facilitate advice opportunities by analysing clients existing portfolios, cash flow modelling and producing strategy reports and more focused suitability reports. You will develop good working relationships with product providers and provide useful MI to various areas of the business. You will need to be diploma qualified and working towards your Chartered status. You must have a proven track record as a Paraplanner within Wealth Management or perhaps you are working as a Financial Adviser and want to change direction in your career, this is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident and professional Paraplanner Manager.
