BAND 3 Rehab Support Worker – Physiotherapy Department Pertemps Medical Professionals are sourcing a Band 3 Rehab Support Worker and required for a NHS Hospital based in East London. This position is to start ASAP and for 5 days a week. Please ask the team for a full job description. Site: East London Department: Adult Respiratory care and rehabilitation team (ARCare) Post: Rehab Support worker Job role: Supporting provision of pulmonary rehab to patients with long term lung conditions in Tower Hamlets. Also supporting indiv qualified Team members in home visits. Will need to support admin side of the Service, eg booking in pts for assessment, making phone calls to patients, completing pt records on EMIS. Role involves travelling around venues in Tower Hamlets Band:3 Start date: asap End date: 4 months minimum Working hours: M-F 08:30 – 16;30 Necessary skills/experience:. Communication, able to use electronic patient records, basic IT, able to deal with distressed patients, good planning, able to work in a mobile way, flexibility, good organisational skills. Bengali speaker a bonus.
