Nursing Home Manager Birmingham Full Time Up to £60,000 p/a Great Benefits We are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a Home Manager position within an elderly nursing home in Birmingham . For this role they are looking for an ambitious and driven leader with a passion for providing excellent quality care to lead their friendly and committed staff team. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising, supporting and inducting staff members Providing clinical leadership to the staff teams Monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified and unqualified care staff by observation and direct involvement, ensuring that all residents receive quality person centred care Liaising with external bodies and residents’ families Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all residents, families, visitors and colleagues.
