We are currently recruiting for an organisation, who are bringing bold, innovative new products to an existing market. Their customer service is efficient and personalised, this has been acknowledged in a variety of awards over the last few years including Trustpilot and Which. Day to day you will be talking to customers over the phone and email, customer focus is the heart of the operation, you will need to be open minded, approachable and excited to help customers with their individual needs, whilst also being innovative, this can be very tough but you must be able to deal with challenging situations whilst empathising with customers to resolve their complex issues.
