Overview
Our client, an award winning and progressive company is looking for a self-starter, with strong communication skills to work within customer services. Duties including:- Liaising with customers, mostly via email Dealing with requests from customers Analysing customer needs Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets The culture is friendly and relaxed within a competitive market.
