Overview
Would you like to be the first-ever Head of Analytics at one of London’s most rapidly scaling online media businesses? Working in some of the most competitive, innovative and demanding sectors, the business service a network of over 150 websites internationally in over 20 languages As the first Head of Analytics, you will Develop and propose appropriate analytics methodologies, including digital marketing analytics, AI, predictive analytics, descriptive analytics and financial modelling Set the strategy and direction for the analytics chapter and establish KPIs Ensure data and insights are used effectively across a number product portfolios Setting and communicating the roadmap for a scalable, automated data pipeline Actively engage and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation Be a motivational and dynamic thought leader, instilling a strong sense of ambition, competitiveness and urgency across our global company. Use your captivating storytelling skills to inspire and communicate concepts to multi-disciplined teams Who You Are A brilliant communicator and listener with the ability to clearly identify, articulate and prioritise the strategic and tactical value of your vision and roadmap. Experience in managing and developing a team of world-class analysts A proven ability to understand and analyse large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets to deliver insights that drive highly effective product development Proven experience in working closely with other teams, especially product, research and engineering, to achieve company goals Worked in highly competitive online industries You have demonstrable leadership and management ability As a values-led business here is what we can offer you Competitive salary package including an annual bonus scheme.
