Lead Java Developer - Central London - up to £140k Join a leading messaging company who are urgently seeking a Lead Java Developer to join their growing team to create, build and coach other members. You will work with a growing multidisciplinary agile team liaising regularly with Architects, Test Leads, Product Managers, and Engineers to translate requirements into solutions. Fresh new ideas and approaches are welcomed and so bring your thoughts on process improvements and how to maintain high standards across tech. You'll be leading and delegating tasks to a team of developers and ensuring tasks are completed, including personally producing high quality code.
