Overview
Foreman required for large-scale civils project near Fort Augustus Your new company Your new company is a leading national multi-discipline contractor Your new role As a site foreman you will be responsible for the day to day productivity of the work force on site. You will have tasks such as organising materials, liaising with multiple sub-contractors, liaising with the contracts manager to ensure that productivity on site is as per the programme. You will also have responsibility to ensure that the staff on site are working safely. You will be a Foreman in charge of a medium squad of staff, responsible for daily Health & Safety, scheduling workloads and reporting to the Site Agent. What you'll need to succeed You will either have previous experience as a Foreman, or be a Ganger looking to step up into the role of Foreman. You will have your SMSTS or SSSTS and a valid CSCS will be experienced in ground works, drainage and ideally have water experience too. What you'll get in return You will be offered a competitive hourly rate on work due to least until at least June/July- with possible ongoing work from there.
