Job Advert This is an exciting time to join the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership as part of our new and forward thinking leadership team. We are now looking to appoint an experienced Health and Social Care Manager to the role of Locality Manager (Central), where you will lead the development of locality planning to improve health and wellbeing outcomes; working in partnership with our communities and local providers to deliver integrated Health and Social Care services. This role will also include responsibility to coordinate some functions over the wider Falkirk and Forth Valley area. As an experienced, enthusiastic and inspirational leader with strong management experience in a complex organisation, you will support the Head of Integration to manage and develop the integrated health and social care service by providing leadership, vision and direction in the delivery of the functional areas of responsibility. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to strengthening partnership working.
