Looking for an experienced Head of Nursing to help manage a large nursing home based in Leicester. Head of Nursing Benefits: Full time, Permanent Contract Generous salary up to £45,000pa. Office hours and Shift work with a need to be flexible if cover is required. Bank Holiday Enhancements Paid Holiday Paid DBS Paid Training Head of Nursing role: As the Senior Nurse on shift and you will be responsible for all nurses and the go to clinical person in the home, leading on the floor and working closely with the home manager. Head of Nursing experience Requirement : RGN/RMN/RNLD Qualification Clean and active NMC pin Demonstrable experience of managing or leading teams of Nurses in a Nursing home or similar environment.
