Overview
Support Worker Creative Support is a nationwide not-for-profit care provider who specialise in providing person centred support to adults with a wide range of needs. We are recruiting Support Workers to join an established team of staff supporting people with a learning disability or autism to enjoy an excellent quality of life in a range of supported living and residential services across Bedford. We offer an empowering model of support which enables people to lead fulfilling and valued lives, to participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes. As well as providing direct care and support, you will have the opportunity to act as a Key Worker supporting people to achieve their dreams and goals.
