The right Project Manager will have minimum 2 years' experience within a consultancy, great initiative, relevant project experience and be able to hit the ground running. Professionals must demonstrate skills to lead a team, easily able to manage and motivate and identify key interfaces, risks and opportunities in the construction process. People with a Building Surveying background looking to make the transition into Project Management are of interest.
