Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a MGA who specialise in Expatriate Healthcare based in Burgess Hill who are looking for candidates with your experience to join them as an Insurance Advisor/Administrator. You will join a fun and professional team, responsible for dealing with all inbound calls, email and web-chat enquiries from customers wanting to discuss or obtain an insurance quotation for International Travel, Life Insurance and Income Protection Insurance. This is a very customer service focussed role, where you will be providing advice, support and service to both members of the public and brokers throughout their insurance cycle. Within this role there will also be an aspect of administration which will include completing renewals online, amending MTA’s and processing new business quotations. Salary - £competitive salary excellent company benefits Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
