NQ Solicitor / Legal Executive - Litigation Eastbourne c£30K An excellent opportunity to join a very strong litigation team and develop your expertise, lead by highly experienced and established Partners An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Litigation Lawyer to join what is a very busy and expanding team at one of the leading firms in the region. The Dispute Resolution department provides advice across a range of contentious issues including commercial, civil and property litigation. Clients include local businesses and HNW individuals with claims ranging from small County Court claims to High Court matters. The firm would be interested in hearing from you if you are a recent NQ or perhaps a Legal Executive with experience and firmly on the path to qualification (CILEx). Ideally you will have experience covering a range of predominantly civil matters or commercial disputes, with a view to focusing on civil matters in future. A good understanding of civil procedures would be ideal with a commercial outlook. An ability to manage a caseload with supervision and all the support you require will see you develop and flourish in your chosen field of specialism.
