This firm is thriving, the Commercial Property Team is growing and this role has been created due to expansion. Your caseload will include dealing with freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
