COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR EASTBOURNE, EAST SUSSEX SALARY: £50-£60K Our client is a leading regional firm with a strong presence in East Sussex across multiple offices, with an exceptional reputation build on good quality work and client care. A 5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join the team in order to work alongside the Partner, in preparation for this pending retirement and subsequent inheritance on their role. Focusing on all Commercial Property matters in support of the needs of medium to large business clients. Business development duties are required, in order to maintain and grow the firm's presence. The Partner will be retiring before the end of next year, with the role lending itself well to an ambitious fee-earner that is looking to be in a Partnership position in the space of two years. 1-2-1 secretarial support will be to hand, as will be the support of the wider office and the existing leadership team Salary negotiable and depending on experience.
