Resourcing Consultant Salary Mid-Level Central London The role We are looking for a Resourcing Consultant to join our multi award-winning company Just IT has been in the official 'Great Place to Work' list for the last 3 years running and were also shortlisted in 3 categories at The Recruiter Awards 2017 including Best IT & Digital Agency, Best Recruitment Agency and Agency Leader of the Year. This is your chance to join a consultancy who offer our clients solutions that no-one else can, from providing bespoke priced recruitment campaigns and hosted interviews, our own IT labs, technical testing, and training candidates for their individual needs. As part of our successful team, you will work across a range of IT including support, networking and infrastructure, and software development to help drive client and candidate relationships, our activity, brand, and fee generation. Some of your duties will include mentoring colleagues, working towards your agreed objectives and targets, providing effective solutions for our clients, getting involved with team and company initiatives and ensuring a high level of service all round. Not only this but you will get to take part in our aim to be the most consultative and service orientated recruiter in London. It's a bold ambition, and to achieve it we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is motivated, entrepreneurial, solutions orientated and, just as importantly, fun-loving. Working closely within teams, you will play a critical role in our growth as we continue to scale Just IT to the next level. Your priority will be to uncover and attract amazingly talented individuals from a variety of different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences who will embody our company values. Key duties ·Source and select candidates via Job boards, database, LinkedIn ·Network and advertise to potential candidates ·Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies ·You'll be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match. ·To be a brand champion for JITR ·To effectively cross-sell all aspects of Just IT Group ·To achieve set targets, and deliver on agreed objectives ·To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations ·To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed Skills required ·Previous Resourcer or Sales experience would be beneficial ·An inquisitive and enquiring nature that encourages you to learn more about the roles you are working on, the clients you are working for and the candidates you work with ·Must be highly professional, well presented and provide an excellent first impression of JITR ·Ambitious and tenacious ·A strong team player ·Organised ·Solutions orientated ·Should be keen to improve own ability ·You must be able to show continuous drive & determination ·You must be an advocate and supporter of positive change when needed Company overview Since 2001 Just IT has helped over 6000 people launch their careers in the Tech and Digital industries and supported their further development with our blend of training and recruitment services.
