Overview

My client is a multi-service law firm in Warrington and they are looking for a Paralegal who ideally has 12 months experience handling Housing Disrepair matters. My client will also consider the option of a Training Contract for the right candidate. You will be dealing with housing disrepair claims primarily but will have the opportunity to work in other areas and training will be given. Existing experience in Housing Disrepair or in general housing issues such as serving notices, obtaining possession, etc would be useful. For the right candidate an opportunity to train as a solicitor would be available, or alternatively look at other options for the right candidate to enhance yourt career prospects. The role will also require a commitment to developing the firms online marketing and business developmentso someone with a commercial business sense is a must if they are a senior candidate Required skills / experience and Responsibilities: The ability to work both individually and as part of a team Minimum 12 months file handling; experience with issued files would be an advantage Experienced paralegals willing to retrain would be considered Confident in dealing with clients and defendants both in writing and by phone.
