Site Engineer New Build Housing Warrington Area £35-45k base Car/Allowance bonus Bens We’re presently undertaking a search for an experienced Site Engineer to join a nationally recognised housing developer. The company are NHBC multi-award winning and have an enviable reputation for their high standards of build quality. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be required to undertake the full scope of Site Engineering duties on new build housing developments. You will play a key role in developments from initial groundworks phase, through to adoptions and handover. To qualify for this opportunity, the company are looking for an experienced Site Engineer has a proven track record of undertaking Engineering duties within the New Build Housing industry. You will also have experience of drawing management and have great communication skills. (Given the urgency around this role, the company cannot cross train, so applicants who do not have house building experience will unfortunately not be considered) In return for this, the company offer the Site Engineer a fantastic opportunity to join market leading housing developer that has a firm commitment to the training and development of its employees.
