Overview
An extremely well established multi-service law firm based out of modern commercial offices in Central Warrington is looking to expand their already busy and established Housing Disrepair department with the addition of a paralegal. The firm is recognized across the North West region for their high-quality insurer lead work, acting for both claimants and defendants. They have dedicated Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Family, Employment and Private Client teams and due to an influx of new instructions, they are now expanding their Housing department. As the housing disrepair paralegal, you'll work autonomously on a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated Housing Disrepair matters and provide assistance and support to the senior team members where necessary. You'll need to be an experienced fee earner and have seen claims through from instruction through to completion. The Warrington-based team are supportive and friendly and are focused on providing the best level of service to their clients. You will have ideally 2 years' experience in a fee earner capacity, having dealt with housing disrepair claims and have some EL/PL experience.
