Overview
HR Advisor Agency Reference Number: 6949190 A leading University based in Central London is recruiting a HR Advisor. The post-holder will work closely with the HR Recruitment and Administration team to ensure all correspondence in relation to the appointment, employment, and termination of staff is produced in line with agreed standards and timescales. Salary: £16.50-£19 per hour Length: Until July 31st 2020 Your duties will include: To provide day to day administration and advice on HR policy and procedures, to include: advising on maternity, adoption, paternity, redundancy, resignation or retirement, co-ordinating and carrying out exit interviews Participating in the evaluation of new roles and those roles that need reviewing due to changes in the responsibilities of the post-holder To provide support and guidance on disciplinary, grievance and capability cases To lead on recruitment for School and Professional Services area To undertake projects both individually and in support of the HR Manager The successful candidate MUST: Have experience of working in a generalist HR advisory role in a complex organisation Have practical experience of employee relations, change and performance management Experience of working in the Higher Education sector and a broad understanding of HE sector working practices would also be beneficial To apply for this role or to find out about other Education Finance jobs, please contact Louis Pearson or Rebecca Cass on the London Education Finance Recruitment team on or email your CV to Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
