Business Systems Analyst A global distributor of leading fragrances, we are going through a period of technical development and as a result, we’re looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to join the team and to help deliver functional support to our head office team. This is an exciting role for the right candidate who wants to work for a growing business in a fast-paced industry. The successful candidate will be a team player and support all internal departments in developing and supporting the various business systems deployed throughout the business. Responsibilities: · Support and maintain internal user platforms · Provide technical support; answering support queries · Set up and manage API`s / FTP · Troubleshoot system problems, diagnose and solve incidents/problems · Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues · Establish a good working relationship with the business and maintain a high degree of resolution for all support queries · Adherence to all service management principles · Ability to multi-task · Contribute to processes and procedures · Maintain and support existing & new applications · Keep on top of system developments and identifying new opportunities to make improvements Candidate Requirements: · You’ll have 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Required) · Ideally educated to degree level · Experience of support using Navision 2009-2017 / Dynamics 365 · Experience with MS Office/ O365 · SQL and Oracle database experience · Experienced in API / SFTP setup & management · Works well as a team player and an independent thinker · Accuracy of work, excellent attention to detail · Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal · Excellent organisational skills · Comfortable taking direction and feedback from multiple stakeholders Benefits: · Flexible working hours · On-site parking Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: commensurate based on experience Experience: · Technical Support: 2 years (Preferred) Education: · Degree (Preferred) This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89662541
