Residential Home Manager - Stockport Up to £45,000 per annum CQC Good Rated Care Home DMD Recruitment are working in partnership with a quality driven care home provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for their CQC Good Rated care home in Stockport, Cheshire. Purposely built to a high specification, this reputable care home is registered to provide care and support to older people with residential and dementia care needs. As Home Manager, you will oversee the day to day management and success of the care home, whilst providing strong leadership and support to the staff team. The successful candidate will be a driven individual who has a proven and successful background in Care Home Management. You will have a track record of driving quality forward within a care home whilst managing a home as a viable business. The goal is to achieve an 'Outstanding’ CQC Rating - we therefore require an experienced Home Manager who is passionate about care delivery, quality standards and team leadership to take the home to the next level This is a full time, permanent opportunity.
