Overview
We are looking for Project Managers experienced in Change Management to head up projects for our client in Reading. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a project team working on client site, providing clear plans with outcomes to be achieved and implementing project plans with the team to achieve results. Key Requirements: Demonstrable experience in change management Experience of process and organisational change Previous experience of managing project delivery Strong stakeholder management skills, to ensure successful delivery of projects Good analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement performance improvement solutions within a variety of environments Ability to build strong client relationships Ability to engage managers at all levels of an organisation in the change process The ability to spot opportunities for improvement and to implement changes to enable realisation of benefits The Project Manager will be required to work on a Client’s site wherever that might be. Most projects are UK based but there may be opportunities for overseas work so another European language would also be an advantage.
