MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - CHANGE MANAGEMENT READING UP TO £50,000 BASIC INCENTIVES FLEXIBLE WORKING INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL MORE Get Recruited are supporting a market leading company based in Reading who are seeking a Management Consultant to join their growing consultancy team, overseeing the successful delivery of projects. Taking the lead on consultancy projects, you will be working closely with FTSE100 companies in order to identify and implement organisational change in order to improve the overall running of the business. As the Management Consultant, you will be expected to guide your team in order to complete projects on time and to budget, whilst gaining exposure to a variety of environments. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Management Consultant to join a fast growing company who are making waves within their industry. If you are looking for high earning potential, the chance to oversee a team and opportunities for progression, then this is the role for you THE ROLE: As the Management Consultant, you will oversee the management of a project team working on the clients site Implement project plans with the team in order to achieve results Review project deliverables and prepare reports outlining progress to date Manage the use of resources against project plans Maintain close communication with the Practice Director to ensure project objectives are met Monitor team performance and provide feedback through 1:1 meetings Monitor team progress whilst retaining overall responsibility THE PERSON: A minimum of 2 years experience within a business environment Previous experience of managing project delivery Demonstrable experience in change management The ability to engage with managers of all levels within organisations, creating strong relationships Highly analytical mind, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement performance improvement solutions Qualifications such as Prince2 are desirable A second European language is highly desirable but not essential THE BENEFITS: Basic salary up to £50,000 Incentive scheme Pension contribution BUPA healthcare plan Death in Service life assurance cover International travel TO APPLY: Shortlisting is taking place soon so please send your CV in for immediate consideration Get Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
