Overview
My Client is one of Hertfordshire's largest and most substantial Property Management companies covering into London too. They have exclusively appointed us and are in search of an experienced, qualified Managing Director to lead their property management team. The successful applicant will have substantial experience in both residential and commercial property management and must also be able to take over control of the company's day-to-day business which includes independent departments headed by suitably qualified personnel including a Legal and Accounts department. The new appointment will have support from their FD and a very strong Senior Management Team. Headcount is 50 as well as their in house maintenance team. Salary and remuneration negotiable. Based in Hertfordshire and occasional London travel.
