Overview
Senior Care Assistant South Cave £negotiable DMD Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Senior Care Assistant for their popular, CQC Good rated care home in South Cave. The home is registered to provide care and support to older people with residential and dementia care needs and is supported by a fantastic care team who work together to deliver the very best standards of care and support. As Senior Care Assistant, your role will include, however not limited to: Take the lead and co-ordinate the shift Provide leadership, guidance and support to the care team Manage and allocate duties to the team Ensure the delivery of personalised care is to the highest standard Provide supervision, coaching and assessment to care assistants Ensure all reports and documentation are accurately updated and complete Assist the management team in ensuring the service is compliant Be a positive role model for the team To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will have: Current experience working as a Senior Care Assistant in a care home Experience caring for older people with residential and dementia care needs Confident leading and managing a care team Good knowledge of CQC and minimum care standards NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care Medication Trained This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 4 days one week, 4 days the following week (42 hours per week), starting at 7am and finishing at 7pm.
