Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated technical resource to join the Client support team in Liverpool. You will be expected to work as part of a team, but happily work alone. Important: Active SC clearance is essential for this role. Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role. Hands-on experience with relocating end user and server systems. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Familiarity with help desk software. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Different shifts available. The role require the engineer to be very focused and tenacious, and able to work under their own initiative. Excellent desktop support skills (Windows XP, Office, generic laptop and desktop hardware) are also essential. Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
