Overview
I am delighted to be recruiting for a private wellness club in London. They pride themselves on attention to detail and delighting everyone that walks through their doors. As a head receptionist, you will be responsible for every initial and ongoing interaction with the clients. You are in essence the knowledge bank of the club. We need you to have had management experience of leading a small team and 5 front of house spa or wellness experience. The role will involve the use of a booking system and therefore excellent computer skills are essential. We will require you to take pride in your personal appearance.
