Overview

Our client, a well established, friendly and successful Financial Planning firm is looking for an experienced IFA Support Administrator to join the team. Duties include:- Submission, chasing and issuance of new business Submission, chasing and collating information from Letters of Authority / Change of Agency requests Uploading plans and fees to Intelligent Office Providing new business and review packs to advisers ahead of meetings Producing policy data Generating Analytics reports Providing valuations Generating illustrations Pre-completion of paper based applications Completion of online applications Dealing with client queries and correspondence Producing annual review documentation The following skills and attributes are required:- Punctual and well-presented, with a good telephone manner Working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning ideally with one or two exams already achieved. 2-3 years’ experience in Financial Services Administration/Sales Support Experience of Word, Excel, Outlook Experience of Intelligent Office Experience of using the Analytics portfolio builder (desirable but not essential) Experience of using cash flow systems (desirable but not essential) Employees are given great support and career potential.
