Career Wealth Administrator/IFA Administrator London £30k discretionary bonus Would you like the opportunity to work within a growing, dynamic, wealth management firm? I am looking for a career Wealth Administrator/IFA Administrator, to join a niche wealth management firm as a Wealth Administrator, responsible for supporting a Managing Partner, a Wealth Manager and their pod in the administrative management of client portfolios and helping to build their business. The ideal candidate would have at least three years’ experience in financial services, with a proven ability to deliver a high level of client service. They will be comfortable managing and executing on a wide range of client support related tasks. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering wealth and financial planning to clients, working alongside senior members of the pod to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Theabilitytointeractwithstaff(atalllevels)inafast-pacedenvironment,sometimesunderpressurewhileremaining calmandflexible,proactive,resourcefulandefficientwithahighlevelofprofessionalismandconfidentialityiscrucial tothisrole.Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,decision-makingabilitiesandattentiontodetailareequally important. You will report to the Wealth Manager on a day-to-daybasis. Specific duties and responsibilities include Delivering a comprehensive administration service to support the Pod while maintaining Podclient relationships Prepare client meeting plan summary plan documents andrecommendations Preparing rebalance sheets for client portfolios Obtain information to create cash flow plans in advance of meetings and follow-up for the return of documentation Assemble review documentation and review reports required for client meetings including scorecards, valuations and KYCdocumentation. Run daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on IMS (Investment Management System) and ensure any anomalies are investigated andresolved Ad hoc reporting for clients, including CGT calculations and ensure all client tax reports are sent out in a timelymanner Creating new client files/maintain existing client files, ensuring they arecompliant Monitor client accounts for any investment guidelines violations, updates andchanges Maintenance of CRM for Pod clients and wider pod datamanagement Liaising with platforms and service providers asneeded Create and maintain effective working relationships with clients andcolleagues Coordinate client progressmeetings Coordinate projects within the Pod adhering to internaldeadlines Preparing and implementing recommendations and provide general administrative support within the scopeof therole Skills and specifications for the role: The requisite knowledge for the role beingundertaken Strong numeracy skills and experience of dealing with multiplecurrencies Superb attention to detail and strong workethic Solid analytical and research skills and able to communicate technical knowledgeclearly. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRMsystems.
