Overview

Role: Early Careers Recruitment Lead Industry: Fintech Location: City of London Salary: £80,000 My client are a global Fintech business who are looking for an experienced Early Careers Recruitment Lead to join their London office and lead the function across their global offices. You will remotely line manage as well as regularly liaise and build relationships across the locations with the wider HR teams. This is a complex role so they require an Early Careers Recruiter who has the ability to think and implement strategically, but also be on the ground attending career fairs and being out on campus. The ability to influence is key You will work closely with their RPOs who support on running their assessment centres as well as manage their marketing and media relations. Solid early careers recruitment in a matrix organisation is essential for this role, with the ability to handle multiple locations and programmes. Some key responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of the campus brand and marketing including campus brochures, giveaways, banners and their graduate website Engage with and build strong relationships with external partners to support on all activities across early careers Organise and execute graduate assessment centres to select hires for their programmes, as well as continue to develop new forward-thinking assessment methods Heavy involvement in all recruitment events, helping to drive diversity and inclusion across all areas You will need to be able to strongly demonstrate how you'd introduce new assessment/selection and attraction ideas with a key interest in new developments and technologies. Strong stakeholder management experience, both internally and externally is also essential.
