They offer a range of installation, professional and technical support services to assist telecommunications operators, carriers, network equipment manufacturers, utilities and private enterprises in deploying, managing and maintaining their multi-vendor telecommunications infrastructure. The Opportunity Taking calls from clients and arranging for company technicians to be on-site within a dedicated timescale. Go above & beyond to ensure their customers are offered a great customer service experience. Work as part of an exciting vibrant team. There are absolutely NO SALES within this role. Is there progression opportunities? YES, we have known successful candidates who have gained 2 promotions within a 12 month period. It’s a busy role, so good IT skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are a must. Working Monday to Friday Shift Rota with NO WEEKENDS - 6am to 2.30pm, 2pm to 10.30pm & 10pm to 6.30am with plenty of opportunity for voluntary overtime The Employment Package: Fantastic Holiday entitlement - 23 days pro-rata pa in year-one, 25 days in year-two, plus bank holidays.
