M&E Building Surveyor based in the West Midlands working on PFI and commercial projects Your new company My client are a consultancy that work within both the private and public sector, providing their clients services within facilities, asset and project management. Working with clients such as; schools, student accommodation, hospitals. With over 60 years within the construction and facility management, they have a large wealth of knowledge to offer their clients. Your new role You will be required to produce monthly reports for clients, whilst undertaking condition audits on the estates. You may be required to manage some of the capital projects. You will analyse compliance data for complex contracts. A focus of yours will be to help maximise any opportunities for the business to grow - by building new and growing existing relationships.
