Interim / Part Time Commercial Asset Manager, Charity Sector, Real Estate, General Practice Surveying, London Hays Property & Surveying are delighted to be working in partnership with a long-standing London based charity who support a growing network of venerable individuals, this charity currently has over 15 health centres across London & The South East. Your new company This is a brand-new opportunity for a commercial MRICS Surveyor to join a long-standing Westminster based vibrant and innovative charity who are committed to helping individuals, families and communities affected by various unforeseen circumstances. With over 25 years' experience working with people, this growing charity require the support of an experience-chartered surveyor to help manage their freehold and leasehold real estate assets. Your new role Surveyor - Asset Manager As an asset manager you will be responsible for the identification, planning and delivery of the commercial property strategy. Key responsibilities will include; reporting on property management and maintenance issues, dilapidations, rent reviews, lease renewals, sourcing new sites and assisting with fit-outs. You will have the ability to engage with service providers, contracts & legal, partners, board members, tenants and other third-party providers. This is a standalone property role therefore the ability to work independently under minimal supervision is critical. What you'll need to succeed MRICS Qualifications Essential - Applicants without this accreditation will NOT be considered. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and able to demonstrate a proven track record of commercial property management, negotiating rent reviews, processing lease renewals, managing dilapidations and site sourcing for new medical centres. What you'll get in return The successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to work as either a full time temp contractor or part time surveyor on a long-term contract.
