Contracts Officer Jobs in Manchester Your new company You will be working for a private sector organisation where they provide a high quality service to clients with a portfolio of sites across the country. Your new role You will be working alongside the Contract Manager to ensure the effective delivery of asset compliance and safety of the customer. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring the effective delivery of responsive repairs and planned preventative maintenance. Ensuring that assets are kept up-to-date and that all work carried out is done safely and effectively. Ensuring that all regulatory and statutory requirements for asset compliance is met. Assisting contractors and customers with any queries made. What you'll need to succeed Experience of delivering asset compliance contracts. Knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements for asset compliance. Exceptional communication at all levels. An understanding of financial controls.
