Contracts coordinator jobs in Manchester Your new company You will be working for a construction company that has grown exponentially over the last 10 years and continue to grow year on year. They operate from 3 divisions where they work with a number of company's of varied sectors. Your new role Reporting to the Managing Director of the works division, you will be responsible in ensuring the effective management and delivery of all contracts tendered o site. Your key responsibilities include: Conducting site inspections to review performance from staff and sub-contractors. Manage the tendering, budgeting and forecasting of contracts. Managing purchases and accounts. Use proactive and reactive planning to ensure the effective delivery of operations on site. Write SLAs, contract agreements and monthly reports to the leadership team. What you'll need to succeed Technical knowledge in the construction industry including roofing and building maintenance. Knowledge and experience working from height. Commercial awareness. Knowledge of current legislation.
