Your new role Working within the Facilities and Property team, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of all operational management across the property arms of the company. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring the effective delivery of projects, using cost estimation, within the required timescale. Evaluating and managing risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Acting as a leader to ensure team morale is maintained and to enhance team members development. Creating and presenting reports to stakeholders. Planning of projects and tracking project progress.
