This studio is prominent for extraordinary bespoke designs for clients including owner operators, F&B, cultural and heritage, retail and workplace They require a design leader to join at associate director level, and this would suit an architect or interior architect with outstanding design abilities which may have included retail, residential and commercial workplace sectors. This role would break the glass ceiling for architects who are looking to lead and manage a sector within a studio. The practice already has an existing team and projects that would suit a profile that still wants to design, narrate and be the ultimate author of projects. The role will involve developing a collaborative strategy based on driving the business forward which again could be residential, retail or commercial workplace. The studio has a scrupulous design approach tailored to the individual needs of each client, designing meticulous and curated interior spaces. Design is at the heart of this role, the client is expecting an outstanding portfolio of work, a collection of finely tuned projects meticulously arranged. Your portfolio should consist of a range of work, showing experience with scale, typology with top tier clients. Prior experience of developing a sector or business within a studio is key, or the willingness and commercial acumen to maximise and future-proof a sector. Business development will be required alongside implementing and supporting a business plan.
