New Role as a Prosecution officer offering up to £45K NEED Prosecution and Court Experience, any background Your new company You will be working for one of the largest Boroughs of London as part of the Enforcement Team. This Council has the largest Enforcement team with London. Therefore, you will be working with one of the most substantial teams within London. This council is renowned for the training they provide their staff in a supportive and dynamic environment that will evolve your Profile and grow your CV. Your new role For this role you need to be able to manage complex enforcement issues, maximising the benefit to the community. Write and issue Notices. Defend Council planning Enforcement Notices at appeal and prosecution. Support and mentor junior members of the team What you'll need to succeed As a Prosecutions Officer within the Enforcement team, you have the opportunity to help protect the built and natural environment in one of the most desirable locations in the UK. This is an exciting position for someone who may be looking to progress their career in Town Planning at a varied and dynamic workplace with a high performing authority. We are looking for an adaptable and motivated person who has previous prosecution and Court experience.
