Overview

National Charity based in Bristol is looking to recruit a Head of Finance and Operations for a 12 month maternity cover to start in April / May time The main purpose of this role is to provide strategic leadership on financial issues as well as hands on financial management, plus support for the HR and Operations team. There is also a significant amount of exciting pathways currently being implemented in the charity with regards to systems. This role will therefore also support the deployment of the new systems ensuring processes are made more efficient and accurate You should have experience of working with an Executive team developing new improved approaches and provide guidance to the SMT and Board on all Financial and operational issues. You should also be able to provide empathetic support and leadership within the charity and have a proven track record of success at operating at this level with excellent financial skills and people management
