Customer Services Advisor required for a large insurance company in Chelmsford. 6- 12 month fixed term job A well-established insurance company in Chelmsford requires a Customer Service Advisor for their call centre. As the Customer Services Advisor within the call centre, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, processed emailing enquiries and passing this on to the relevant departments. This customer services role requires you to have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with customers in a friendly and energetic manner. You also need to possess an excellent telephone manner, be organised, able to prioritise work accurately allowing you to deliver both quality and quantity. The ideal candidate will have a proven background within Customer Service ideally from an insurance background. This is initially a 6 to 12 month fixed term contract with a strong likelihood of the role becoming permanent.
