Overview
A well established international company, based in Chelmsford, are presently looking for a Telephone Customer Service Advisor to join their fun,established, Inbound, team. In the position the Telephone Customer Service Advisor will be buiding relationships with enquiring customers through calls and online chat and and will be making sure that they recieve the highest level of service and product. You will be able to gain a large amount of experience in both customer retention as well as upselling. The ideal Telephone Customer Service Advisor will have had previous experience in working within a call centre environment, be honest and enthusiastic with a kind and considerate personality. The hours of work are Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern of 08:00 - 16:00 and 15:00 - 23:00. In addition to the base salary of £17,080 you will also have monthly team and individual bonuses that bring the annual OTE to £18,500.
