As a Customer Service Manager you will be accountable for the performance for the whole of the service function, you will support the head of business in the development and deployment of the service strategy. Through doing this, you will ensure a sound financial performance by maximising service sales margin and profit. The key element to our Service Managers role is being responsible for all service-based customer satisfaction. This will require someone with a passion for customer service ensuring that all customers' needs are met, whilst exceeding customer expectations and handling any escalations in an effective way. Job responsibilities We are looking for great people who share our passion for customer service and constantly improving our service function by · Achieving service sales targets. · Control of direct department costs within budget. · Coach and develop members of staff in the departmental plans and changes taking place. · Identify and make changes to the service offering to improve customer satisfaction scores.
