Overview
We are seeking a Claims Operations Analyst to ensure the claims team achieve operational excellence through the extraction of data and management of MI/BI reports. This role would suit someone with a claims background who really enjoys using data analysis and reporting that customers and clients receive a smooth and functional service across the claims function. It could also be a good move for a candidate with DUA experience. A background in Claims/DUA management is preferred, experience working in the London Insurance Market is essential.
