INTERESTED IN IT INFRASTRUCTURE WITH GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF LINUX AND AWS? THEN READ ON Ellis Mason are recruiting for a INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE to join a small software development company based in Berkhamsted. This is a newly created role due to ongoing growth which will see you solely responsible for providing the very best infrastructure support to a major client. To be eligible in applying for this role, you must have good knowledge of Linux, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and knowledge of programming in PHP and JavaScript. THE SALARY & BENEFITS Permanent, full time role Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Salary £18,000 to £24,000 DOE 24 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Smart casual dress code Free on-site parking THE JOB To ensure the smooth running of servers, checking back up’s and configurations. Writing and understanding simple scripts in PHP, JavaScript and HTML. Maintaining Process Documentation (Deployment Checklists) Following Incident / Problem Management Procedures Participating in new feature R&D / Testing. Liaising with clients (face to face, telephone and email) to discuss infrastructure requirements. Occasional travel to visit clients to provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
