Service Desk Analyst Birmingham £21,000 per annum Responsibilities My client who is a Global leader within their field with over 3000 users is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide Service Desk Analyst support to its Global users. The responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst will include: 1st level technical support of a range of hardware and software technologies Service request fulfilment 1st & 2nd level technical support Management of configuration items within the remit of the Service Desk Achievement of service level agreement KPIs Active contribution to the continual service improvement plan. Essential Excellent customer service skills Strong problem solving and resolution experience Strong communication skills, verbal and written Experience of working in an IT service delivery environment Working knowledge of: Windows 7; AD administration; Office 2007/2010; Exchange/Outlook 2007/2010; Citrix client support; Cisco VPN; and BlackBerry support
