Overview
Working on the helpline for the Coronavirus. Taking inbound calls only from people who have concerns about the virus. All calls are scripted, which are likely to change throughout the day as the conditions are constantly changing. Must be able to deal with customers and work in a busy environment. Ideally customer service experience required Hours of working are rota'd between 7.30am - 10pm, 5 out of 7 days.
