Overview
Clerk Description: An interesting opportunity for a person with knowledge of sheltered housing or with a housing background to manage and be Clerk to a small group of village Almshouses, 18 in total, in the Bingley/Skipton area. Would suit an ex-housing officer or similar as hours are part time and involve liaising with residents, tending to day-to-day maintenance and repairs, keeping records and reporting to the Board as required.
