Our client is looking for a Billing Clerk:


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum three years’ experience in accounting role with demonstrable exceptional performance

High level of attention to detail

Exceptional customer service skills

Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and maintain a trusted professional relationship with the company’s team in Guyana earning their confidence by managing their career progression and pay in exceptional fashion

Maintain a presence in the local company office in Georgetown and coordinate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure requisite personnel are informed and ready to work offshore for our clients

Receive and review all backup documents from our offshore team needed for payroll and billing (this includes timesheets and all reimbursement receipts)

Calculate accurate payroll for each offshore team member that has worked that pay period based off the reviewed backup documents received and the corresponding rates established per job

Coordinate with our local payroll provider to ensure all personnel are paid in an accurate and timely manner bi-weekly

Perform invoicing and other accounting activities that are required in the Region (Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago) under the direction of the Operations Manager

Other accounting and administrative tasks as required
